Meena has over 18 years’ experience in management and leadership roles in varied industries. During her career, she has held several senior positions with leading organizations in facilities management, cash management, IT distribution, Petrochemical and Agro Chemical sectors. Meena has extensive experience in varied activities such as internal and statutory audits, due diligence, business valuations, ERP implementation, project evaluation, pricing and bid support, re-organization / re-structuring.
Meena has also been involved in setting up joint ventures with global partners in India and the UAE.
Mr. Subramanian, an Engineer and an MBA, has more than twenty six years of industry experience with the last eleven years as the Managing Director of a German Subsidiary. His specialties include due diligence, equities, public speaking, material handling and is responsible for setting up a couple of MNC subsidiaries in India from ground zero to operational profit. He has held several training sessions on Strategies, Selling Skills, Motivation and Communication and has managed and empowered more than 1000 employees in his career.
Subramanian is highly networked in India and Europe with contacts from Pharma, Food, Chemical, Retail and Logistics as well as engineering automation industry.
Having done his Engineering and MBA from Technical University, Munich, Mr. Klaus Wende has worked over ten years with BMW in national sales at the Munich headquarters. He was also responsible for the export division (series and replacement parts) for BMW South Africa. He has been a worldwide consultant of Wurth GmbH, Germany besides heading Wanzl as former Director, Sales & Marketing. During his tenure, he led the company from a mid-sized German company to a global player and worldwide number one in their branch. He has also been responsible for starting a company in the solar energy industry. Industrial experience apart, Klaus has been the World/Vice World Champion in 1984/86 for Olympic FD Sailing Class.
